He and Matthews seemed to be able to settle things down a lot when they attained possession during the Bruins pressure. Made a huge difference.

Babcock was trolling us for the last few weeks.  Honestly think he just told the boys to play loose and not worry about too much until the playoffs start.

I;m just glad we all got to see our team beat them even if it is only the first game. We deserve it, and the way the team played, well they deserved it!

Man I was watching the Bruins bench just gasping for air, faces are like "wtf is hitting us and forcing us to battle harder than expected"

imo, even if we were gasping, at least we know what a sweet victory is like and it is way better than playing fortnite, that's what our players must be thinking.( in the gists of it all) and that type of victory is what keeps you hungry and also is why every game is important for different varieties. 

Sure, you still have to keep answering the call, but as long as you ain't afraid to pick up the phone, eventually you get the oppositions number.
